What is an SPG?
SPG stands for salt, pepper, garlic. These are the three spices typically applied as a base layer before applying your favorite bbq rubs and seasonings.

What ingredients do you use?
Our Standard SPG & line of Twisted SPGs use the highest quality sea salt, Vietnamese peppercorns, and highly sought-after garlic that has been grown on a family farm right here in the USA along the California coastline.

Couldn't I just make my own at home?
Of course! However, there are a few drawbacks to doing so:
1) You aren't guaranteed to have the highest quality, hard-to-find ingredients.
2) You aren't guaranteed consistent results that you can count on every time.
3) Our Twisted SPG rubs use flavorings and ingredients that can be difficult to source, such as the butter flavoring used in our Twisted SPG + Butter.
