Apple Cider BBQ Sauce
Ingredients 500ml (~2 cups) apple cider 2 cloves garlic, finely minced 3tbsp tomato puree 1tsp smoked paprika 50g (~1/4 cup) brown sugar 2tbsp white wine vinegar Directions Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan, and mix well. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, for around 40 minutes, or until the mixture has reached your desired consistency. Leave to cool, and store in the fridge. Serves 6 Ingredients: 6 fresh Jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded 1(8 ounce) package cream cheese 12 slices of bacon Directions Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat Spread cream cheese to fill Jalapeno halves.
